Handmade on our premises using lean British pork shoulder cuts hand prepared here at The Butchers Block. Made using pork sourced from Traves of Escrick & John Penny’s at Leeds. We are making a traditonally seasoned sausage everyday. This superb savoury sausage in a traditional thick skin, lends itself perfectly to every situation, suitable for a full English breakfast fry up, BBQ-ing in the warmer weather, served with mash and gravy or for the ultimate supper perfect in toad in the hole. A satisfyingly meaty pork sausage creating an amazing all rounder.
