Handmade on our premises using lean British pork shoulder cuts hand prepared here at The Butchers Block. This superb savoury sausage in a traditional thick skin, lends itself perfectly to every situation, suitable for a full English breakfast fry up, BBQ-ing in the warmer weather, served with mash and gravy or for the ultimate supper perfect in toad in the hole. Made with a blend of pepper, nutmeg and hint of thyme they are satisfyingly meaty pork sausage with only the under lying hint of herbs creating an amazing all rounder.
