1kg Boneless Pork Shoulder
Chicken Stock
BBQ Sauce


Shoulder of pork in slow cooker on low with pint chicken stock all day About hour before serving remove meat and stock Remove fat from meat shred and return to slow cooker add 2 bottles BBQ sauce tea spoon mustard and 2 tablespoons honey. Add little of stock if needed to cover meat leave on low for final hour.

This recipe is made using Boneless Pork shoulder

1kg Pork shoulder joint, boneless and skinless, perfect for pulled pork.
