Pork Creole Recipe From The Butchers Block

Recipe Ingredients

4 pork loin steaks
1 can of tomato soup
1 diced onion
3 tablespoons of brown sugar
3 tablespoons of white vinegar
salt
pepper
A knob of butter
A splash of olive oil

Instructions

In a frying pan, brown the pork steaks. Add chopped onion and soften. In a bowl mix butter, oil, tomato soup, vinegar and sugar. Place pork and onion in casserole dish, then cover with tomato mix. Add salt and pepper, cover lid or tinfiol and cook for 1hr at 110°c
